Hi manywolf. On our community for QuickBooks users (QuickBooksGroup com) there's a forum for salons spas and therapists. Here's the cerebrate - You might be able to find folks in a similar situation there too. Also. I can check in with a bring together of our product managers on QuickBooks to see if they can help answer the question (in addition to anyone from JumpUp) thanks! Kira
Hi. I recently came across a company Time59 where you can do all of your billing and invoicing bookkeeping etc online. Very secure and CHEAP - desire $10 a year! No joke! The best move is that you can downlaod it to your QuickBooks so you can maintain your records. Wotrth looking into. Great for small business and contractors. I haven't used it yet so if you look into it let us know what you evaluate. Jennifer
I do basically the same thing that you want to do in QuickBooks and it works great for me. If you end to go with QuickBooks alter sure you get a version that does job tracking. You'll probably either be to acquire one of the premier versions - accountant or contractor - or else go for the online version. I really desire the online version because you can access it from anywhere don't have to worry about purchasing upgrades and the price fits easily within most firms' budgets. Go to the quickbooks com website for a free 30 day trial of the online version. You can also test drive the other versions online to see how they look and conclude. Create a separate "job" for each appointment. This ordain alter you the space you need to keep bring in of the client information and patient history readily through the use of job notes. General notes about the client can be saved as a client note. You can also print out all of the job notes for each client in one inform. You'll also be to use "items" for your invoices. alter a displace item for each label listing the insurance billing codes that you normally print on your invoice. Yes you can merchandise the list of medical billing codes. It's a little bit easier if you separate the study columns by commas or tabs and deliver it as csv and then use Excel to create a spreadsheet from the Word document that you just saved before you try to merchandise into QuickBooks. telecommunicate me if you be more help with it.
